Outside Reading
In this part of my book, The trial for Peter is going on. Josie insisted on going to the trial, even though her mom told her she shouldnt go. She felt the need to see what was going to happen to Peter. When she got to the trial however, she couldnt look at anyone of her classmates that were there. It made her very upset to think about what could have been and if she would have been nicer to peter if he wouldn't have done the shooting. I think this is very normal for people to show this kind of emotion, especially in Josie's situation where she used to be friends with Peter, then became friends with the popular crowd and started going out with Matt and ignoring him. I think Josie feels like she wishes she would have been nicer to him and given him some time of day even though he may not have deserved it.
